Prestige Hajj & Umrah LTD respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we need it, and how we look after it.

Who we are

What we collect

• Contact details: name, phone, WhatsApp number, email and city, when you send a quote request, contact message or booking.
• Travel details: passport details and copies, photos, date of birth, nationality, vaccination certificates and, where needed, family relationship documents, so that we can apply for visas and book travel.
• Booking and payment details: what you booked, amounts paid and payment references. We do not store card numbers on this website.
• Website data: a small cookie that keeps the website working (for example your chosen currency and form security), and basic server logs.

Why we use it

• to answer your enquiry and send you quotes
• to make and manage your booking, apply for visas and permits, and issue tickets
• to contact you about your trip, including changes and reminders
• to keep financial records as required by law
• to send you news and offers, only if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to arrange your trip with:

• the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Nusuk platform and our licensed Saudi partners (for visas, permits, hotels and transport)
• airlines, hotels, transport and insurance companies
• the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Pakistan for Hajj bookings
• our bank and accountants
• authorities, when the law requires it

Some of these organisations are outside Pakistan and the UK, including in Saudi Arabia. We share data with them only to provide the services you booked. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for 6 years for tax and accounting reasons. Passport copies and photos are deleted when they are no longer needed for your trip, normally within 12 months of your return. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 2 years.

Keeping it safe

Only our staff who need your information can see it. Our admin system is password protected and the website uses an encrypted (https) connection.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or stop marketing messages. Email prestigeumrahtours@outlook.com. If you are in the UK and are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
